Notice: by law (Art. 35 of the Spanish Estatuto de los Trabajadores), the value of an overtime hour cannot be lower than the ordinary hour, and the legal maximum is 80 overtime hours per year (except in force majeure). The exact surcharge is set by each collective agreement; this calculator is for guidance only and does not replace a calculation by your payroll department. Remember that all overtime must be recorded — with Clockio it is recorded automatically together with the rest of the working day. The amount shown is gross (subject afterwards to income tax and the employee's Social Security contribution).
