Can suggestions be submitted anonymously?
Yes. When creating a suggestion, the employee can enable the "Submit anonymously" toggle: the suggestion is published in the list without showing who sent it.
Who decides whether a suggestion is approved or rejected?
The HR team, from "Manage submitted suggestions". They can approve or reject a suggestion directly, or first put it to a vote by the whole team.
How does voting on a suggestion work?
When HR puts a suggestion to a vote, any employee can choose "In favor" or "Against" and check the tally in real time. The vote can be changed while the voting is still open.
Can I see the status of suggestions submitted by the whole team?
Yes, in "Suggestion list" any employee can see all the company's suggestions, with their status (pending, in voting, approved or rejected) and, if applicable, the vote count.
