Is the report always anonymous?
The option to show your name comes disabled by default, but the reporter decides: they can leave it anonymous or enable the toggle and submit it under their name.
How can I find out the status of my report if I submitted it anonymously?
With the identifying code and creation date generated when it is submitted. In the "Tracking" tab, you enter those two details, with no need to log in, to check the status.
Who can see the reports?
Only the relevant manager designated by the company, as required by the Whistleblower Protection Law (Law 2/2023), which mandates an independent, confidential management channel.
What kind of irregularities can be reported?
Any unlawful or inappropriate behavior or action: from workplace harassment or corruption to data leaks, product safety or environmental protection, among other categories set out by law.
Can the report categories be customized?
The categories shown by default cover the cases required by regulations, but if your company needs to, you can create your own additional categories.
Does the Whistleblowing Channel have to be inside Clockio?
Not necessarily. If you need to, you can also deploy the Whistleblowing Channel on a platform outside Clockio, for example to give access to suppliers, clients or other people outside the company.
